To develop knowledge on how MoP – Management of Portfolios principles and practices operate and how they can be applied in different environments.
At the end of this course participants will be able to:
Anyone with an interest or involved in delivering, supporting, tracking or decision making associated with the organization’s portfolio of change and strategy. This includes members of management boards, directors of change, senior responsible owners, project & programme managers, portfolio, programme and project office staff, staff involved in strategic planning and performance management.
There are no pre-requisites for this training. Some knowledge of project and programme management and strategic/business planning will be beneficial.
Our courses are an interactive mixture of facilitator presentation, class and group exercises.
This is a 3 day program providing a comprehensive coverage of portfolio management inclusive of the Foundation certification exam.
The Foundation exam is a closed book, 50 question multiple choice exam. The exam must be completed within 40 minutes and delegates must score 25 or more marks to attain MoP Foundation certification.
Public course fees include the official Management of Portfolios manual, accredited training materials, sample exams, exam fee, lunch and refreshments. Note: Fees vary between countries due to differences in exam fee prices per country and cost base variations between countries.
