Offices Training

P3O (Portfolio, Programme & Project Offices) is a standard to help organizations develop a model to assist in the tracking, assurance and support of the organization’s portfolio of projects and programmes.

Our Foundation and Practitioner training illustrates models, functions, roles and responsibilities for establishing and managing a P3O model. The training will also explore and explain how a P3O can add value through the establishment of information flows designed to support senior management decision making.


The Foundation course is a 3 day program which demonstrates the use and application of P3O models. Read more...
