P3O Foundation - Course Aims

The aim of the course is to provide students a strong understanding of the principles that a P3O is founded on and explore the justification, creation and management of a P3O model.

P3O Foundation - Who should attend?

Head of Portfolio Office and Portfolio Specialists, Programme & Project Office Managers and staff, Centre of Excellence Managers and staff.

There is no formal prerequisite for Foundation training though some knowledge of project or programme management practices will be beneficial.

  • P3O tools and techniques
  • P3O models
  • The environment in which to establish a P3O
  • How to measure the success of a P3O
  • Roles & responsibilities within a P3O
