HiLogic is a portfolio, programme and project management training and consulting services company with a long history in delivering high quality services in Australia, Asia Pacific Region and United Kingdom. We specialise in providing best practice methodologies that assist with controlling small and broad-scale change initiatives.

Our approach is to demonstrate the value of OGC best practice approaches such as PRINCE2®, MSP® - Managing Successful Programmes, P3O® - Portfolio, Programme & Project Offices and how these can be used very simplistically and successfully on a wide range of business situations.
