Most organizations struggle to keep up in an increasingly complex, changing and competitive environment. It has been well documented that there is a positive link between good change management practices and the achievement of strategic objectives, timescales and budgets. 

A McKinsey study showed that projects which included good change management practices and expertise had four times the return on investment in comparison with projects which had little or no regard for change management.
