A two day course, attendees will gain a more in depth understanding of change management principles and models, and how to practically apply these in their workplace.  With the use of various tools to facilitate change management, the Practitioner training will enable attendees to:

  • Successfully coach and guide individuals through various types of change
  • Successfully coach and lead teams through various types of change
  • Understand the three interdependent needs which must be met for effective organisational change
  • Understand the use of Action Learning for change
  • Understand the importance of a structured approach to stakeholder engagement during change
  • Effectively use the SIMSCoM method of stakeholder engagement
  • Design, plan, execute, embed and evaluate an entire change process- from the transformation of one team, to an entire organisational shift
  • To practically apply the principles and models learnt in the foundation course into real change initiatives

The Practitioner training concludes with a three hour Practitioner exam and you must achieve at least 50% to attain an internationally recognised change management qualification.
