A 1.5 day program where delegates will gain a more in depth understanding of change management principles and practices, and how to practically apply these in their workplace. The Practitioner training aims is to refine the delegate’s application skills in:
Understanding how to apply key principles in defining learning objectives for those impacted by a change initiative
The application of change management practices in a project environment
Approaches and reinforcing systems for sustaining and embedding change
The Practitioner training concludes with a 2.5 hour APMG Change Management Practitioner exam. The exam includes 4 questions and delegates must achieve 40 or more marks from a total of 80 marks to attain the Practitioner change management qualification.
To complete the APMG Change Management Practitioner exam, it is a pre-requisite that the delegate must have first passed the Change Management Foundation exam.
We also recommend Practitioner participants complete approximately 5 hours of pre-course work.
