Prince2 Project Method Foundation Training
Course Aims
To develop knowledge on how the PRINCE2 project management method operates and how it can be applied in different situations.
The training will:
- Explain how to justify the start up and continuation of a project
- Explain how to effectively control the execution and closure of a project
- Explain the key roles and responsibilities in a project
- Demonstrate a series of tools that can be used to assist project managers in various problem situations
- Present how to effectively apply PRINCE2, to small, medium and large sized projects
- Prepare participants for the PRINCE2 Foundation Exam
By attending this course participants will understand:
- The principles that underpin 'best practice' project management
- The purpose and content of the PRINCE2 method
- Key roles and responsibilities in a project
- How to apply project management processes to effectively control the preparation execution and closure phases of a project

Course Format
Our courses are an interactive mixture of facilitator presentation, class and group exercises.
HiLogic courses are exercise based providing participants experience in applying PRINCE2 on different project situations. Our exercises have been designed by project managers that apply PRINCE2 on a regular basis. PRINCE2 Foundation is delivered as a 3 day event.
Foundation Exam Format
The Foundation Exam is a 1 hour multiple choice exam. The participant must answer at least 38 of the 75 questions correctly to pass the exam.
