Prince2 Practitioner - Course Aims
To refine the participant's PRINCE2 knowledge and application skills.The training will:
- Expand the participant's understanding of the key principles of the methodology
- Expand the participant's understanding on how to apply key functions such as Project Assurance and Project Controls
- Provide experience in applying project techniques under different situations
- Demonstrate a series of tools that can be used to assist project managers in various problem situations
- Provide detailed explanations on how various roles can contribute to the control of a project
- Provide detailed explanations on effective application
- Prepare participants for the Practitioner Certification
At the end of the course participants will be able to:
- Describe the principles and philosophies underpinning project management
- Provide detailed explanations on PRINCE2's elements, their relationships and how they can be applied in different project environments
- Explain and demonstrate how to apply project management tools
- Explain and demonstrate how to effectively apply PRINCE2 to address the needs and problems of a specific project scenario
