Prince2 Practitioner - Who should attend?

Project Managers in need of a method to help manage projects of different types and sizes and Project and Programme Support staff wanting to learn how to effectively apply PRINCE2 to projects.

PRINCE2 Practitioner – Course Composition

The training is a scenario based training course focusing on the application of PRINCE2 under different project environments and scenarios. Review and revision sessions of the elements that make up the method are included throughout the training. The scenarios and questions have been developed by HiLogic's experienced team of trainers and project managers. Practitioner exam sample papers are also included in the pre-course training pack.

PRINCE2 Practitioner – Course Prerequisites

Passing the Foundation Exam is a prerequisite to attending the Practitioner course.

We also recommend Practitioner participants complete 10 - 12 hours pre-course work. Our Practitioner pre-course pack will be sent to all participants on payment of course fee.
