MSP® – Managing Successful Programmes is an adaptable methodology based on proven best practices for the delivery of a portfolio of projects and management of activities designed to achieve key strategic organizational objectives.

P3O® – Portfolio, Programme & Project Offices, this framework describes the processes, services and functions that may be provided by a centralized or decentralized unit to assist decision making and achievement of Portfolio, Programme or Project objectives.
